Hello everyone, I am new in the forum...
I got a receiver Philips RO-151,is not working. I can not find any information about it, just some photos on this web site.
Apparently very similar to RO-150.
I would appreciate any information, where to buy the service manual or the schematic at least.
In South America it is virtually unknown.
From already thank you very much.

Could you please post that website?
Could you also please post a picture of the type-plate of your radio?

Re: PHILIPS RO-151
I do believe he is referring to this original post of PA0FRI, to which I added some info.

Ok Jorge,
It is hard to find documentation for this line of Philips equipment. I don' t have the documentation for the RO-151 and I don't know what the differences are compared to the RO-150.
Can you mail me a list of the module numbers inside the receiver? There is a great chance that some or most of the modules are identical.
I do have documentation for the RO-110, 130, 150 and 153.
Numbers are in the form of: 3522 142 05294
You can also try to contact the Philips museum in Eindhoven, maybe they have the documentation.

Good luck with your quest,

Re: PHILIPS RO-151
Well, this receiver is indeed very similar to the RO-150 with a few exceptions:
RO-150 has frequency locking every 1 or 10Hz. RO-151 has not, at least I miss the controls and relevant units.
RO-150 has a frequency range of 200kHz to 30MHz, RO-151 of 1,6MHz to 28MHz. This is because they have different front-end filters.
Also the entire front-end is physically build differently. I think of it as a slightly cheaper build RO-150.
